Shabakeh magazine is an independent monthly magazine that
is not affiliated with any organization, company or government
branch. It focuses on social, cultural, artistic and management
issues related to Information Technology (IT) and the Informatics
industry. However the main thrust of our news and articles
concern the technical issues related to Computers, Networks
and the Internet. The first issue of the Shabakeh magazine
was published on July 1998 and up until now it has dedicated
many special editions to focal points within the IT industry.
The magazine comprises of seven main sections including:

Hormoz Pourrostami
He born in 1965. He is a sociology graduate. He has been
working as a member of press since 1986 and published
many reviews and articles about sociology as well as
some poems in newspapers and magazines. He worked as
an executive director and a graphics designer in Rayaneh
magazine from 1980 up to 1997. He founded Shabakeh, the
monthly magazine on IT in 1998 and has served as the
managing director of the magazine.
Mr. Pour-rostami wrote the book “The Time To Visit IRAN”
in 2002, which focuses on Iranian culture, geography, history,
ancient, and handicrafts. The book was translated and printed
by Sahra-Darya Publishing company. His interests are around
literature, poetry, philosophy, and social sciences. He
likes swimming, table tennis, and football.
Babak Ehterami
He is a Software Engineering graduate. He is involved in
translation as well as software development. “Windows
98”, “Oracle 8”, “Visual Basic 6”, “Access 2000”, “Word
2000”, “VB.NET”, and “ASP.NET” are among the 10 books
he has ever translated and published.
Babak is a member of editorial board in Shabakeh since
2002. Most of the articles in the section “Shahrah-e-Ettela’at”
is translated or written by him. He is now the network
administrator of Razi Vaccine and Serum Research Institute.
Among his personal interests and activities are football,
table tennis, music and movies.
Parham Izad Panah
He born in 1981. Although he is graduated in civil Engineering,
but some popular issue in IT fields such as Mac platform,
Open source, Virtualization , … are always the major
points of consideration in his articles. He stated writing
for Shabakeh Magazine from 2003 and now he is a member
of editorial board in this monthly magazine.
Behrooz Noeipour
He joined Shabakeh when third issue of Magazine published.
Since then, he is a member of editorial board of monthly.
He graduated in Electronic Engineering but jumped into
Network, Computer and Software fields since Internet
access became available in Iran. During past years he
wrote more than 70 articles covering many fields of computer
and information technology such as management, e-business,
software programming, social aspects of IT revolution,
cyber-crime and even magic world of creating film and
animation using high-end computers and other digital
tools. Among all of this vast spectrum, his special interests
are analyzing business structure of major companies of
IT world, and web development which is his actual job.
Mr. Noeipour founded internet web site of magazine in
2004 and has been managed this media till now. Among
his personal interest are digital music art, cinema,
sociology, economics, and environmental activism.
Amin Safaei
He was born in 1977. He holds Master of Science in Software Engineering from
Sunderland University (England). He is currently a Phd (software engineering)
student at the same university. He started programming since he was 16 and
he has 12 years professional experience in system analysis, Design and implementing
software. Regarding his career history, in Iran, He has worked at ministry
of road and Tehran traffic company, he has also worked at Newcastle College
(England) as a system designer and Head of College consultant. He joined Shabakeh
from 2004 and now he is a member of editorial board in this magazine. Some
of his Research area that he writes article for are: Programming, Computer
Security, Software Testing, Object oriented programming, Distributed software
engineering, Database(Oracle, Sql server) and any new topics related to software
engineering area. He likes Swimming, Basketball and tennis.
Kayvan Tirdad
He Born in 1979. he is software Engineering Graduate and has master degree in
artificial intelligence and robotics. he is member of editorial staff of
shabakeh magazine since 2006. most of his article is in artificial intelligence
and database and knowledgebase and software development methodology and software design
and security.
